Exposed - Creative Strategist

Unlike any other agency our planners are also our lead creatives. We believe that the two skills should go hand in hand, so we only hire a very rare breed of person that thinks about creative ideas in a sharp strategic manner. This makes it very hard to recruit for, so when we find them we do everything we can to nurture them and shower them with love.

Strategy : Need to develop and lead innovative strategies for all client and potential client business. We are looking for someone that can step out of big traditional complex methods of strategy and understand how to simplify a business problem, a core insight and the direction a campaign needs to take.

Client Management : We are looking for someone with excellent client relationship skills. We pride ourselves on the fact that our strategists are loved by our clients. We also feel that a strong client relationship is integral to really understanding a client’s problem and then being in a position to solve it.

Creative: Unlike most agencies we have high creative expectations of our strategists. A creative strategist will be needed to have the ability to take their thinking right through into conceptual and idea development. To help support them we have a first-class creative director and an incredible design / technical team that can take great ideas and turn them into buyable campaigns.

Industry Transformation: We have a strong point of view on the industry, what works and how it should be done. We think it’s very important to get this message out. The Creative Strategist would be expected to be a key part driving this forward. They would need strong presentation skills and the ability to write compelling thought pieces.
