Exposure – Integrated Client Partner

Exposure is on the hunt for a Director level, integrated specialist to lead some of our flagship brands.

This is a pivotal role working across our most prominent client portfolio, responsible for strategic and creative direction of clients as well as the delivery of live, creatively led integrated campaigns. You will be responsible for leading the client relationship at the most senior level and for shaping and managing the integrated team to ensure we have the best in class talent servicing our clients.

Working with creative and strategy, you’ll be a key player in the running and delivery of Integrated campaigns from beginning to end. Challenging the client brief and creating solutions to resonate with the target audience.

We are looking for a heavy hitter who is a client servicing expert but still in love with the delivery of a cracking brand campaign.

We also work on a number well-known alcohol brands, so experience in alcohol & spirits brands would be advantageous.

As an Integrated Client Partner, you are:

A Client Servicing expert

Commercial driven – You are experienced in growing existing and new business as well as managing a healthy client portfolio budget.

Strategic – Thoroughly thinking about how the consumer will emotionally connect with the brand through any work that we do using research and insights

Adept at leading & mentoring a team – Nurturing and supporting your team is at the forefront of your role. You must know how to encourage them and get the best out of them

Culturally and industry aware – You’ll be consciously aware of what brands are currently doing and keeping up with the new industry trends

Process Driven – Understanding the fundamental elements needed to run a smooth and successful campaign, foreseeing any potential issues and solving how to tackle them

Exposure – Integrated Project Manager

Exposure is looking for an agile Project Manager to join our Integrated team working on some of our flagship clients.

We have delivered some award-winning activations ranging from boutique influencer events for street and sports brands to launching a cruise ship in the middle of the Med.

The Integrated Project Manager will play a fundamental role in delivering similar projects across a varied and impressive client portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the grind and the bustle of working on integrated campaigns from end to end whilst keeping all costs in line with the budget. You will be a natural problem solver and familiar with writing brand activation bibles/toolkits as well as delivering small to medium sized brand events. Organisation and strong attention to detail are your leading skillsets so that you can deliver smooth projects and instill trust in our clients and your wider team.

Having previous experience working in an integrated environment, the successful candidate will be play an integral part in the delivery of projects and specifically at this time of year, the research, negotiations and the management of festival partnership deals.

As an Integrated Project Manager, you will have:

Ideally CIPD qualified and educated to degree level

Experience in managing a wide variety of employee relations issues

Experience of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

Proven record of reducing recruitment agency spend; well networked across the PR, creative, events and digital industries.

Experience with HR and Talent databases
