Exposure – Integrated Client Partner

Exposure is on the hunt for a Director level, integrated specialist to lead some of our flagship brands.

This is a pivotal role working across our most prominent client portfolio, responsible for strategic and creative direction of clients as well as the delivery of live, creatively led integrated campaigns. You will be responsible for leading the client relationship at the most senior level and for shaping and managing the integrated team to ensure we have the best in class talent servicing our clients.

Working with creative and strategy, you’ll be a key player in the running and delivery of Integrated campaigns from beginning to end. Challenging the client brief and creating solutions to resonate with the target audience.

We are looking for a heavy hitter who is a client servicing expert but still in love with the delivery of a cracking brand campaign.

We also work on a number well-known alcohol brands, so experience in alcohol & spirits brands would be advantageous.

As an Integrated Client Partner, you are:

A Client Servicing expert

Commercial driven – You are experienced in growing existing and new business as well as managing a healthy client portfolio budget.

Strategic – Thoroughly thinking about how the consumer will emotionally connect with the brand through any work that we do using research and insights

Adept at leading & mentoring a team – Nurturing and supporting your team is at the forefront of your role. You must know how to encourage them and get the best out of them

Culturally and industry aware – You’ll be consciously aware of what brands are currently doing and keeping up with the new industry trends

Process Driven – Understanding the fundamental elements needed to run a smooth and successful campaign, foreseeing any potential issues and solving how to tackle them

Exposure – Integrated Project Manager

Exposure is looking for an agile Project Manager to join our Integrated team working on some of our flagship clients.

We have delivered some award-winning activations ranging from boutique influencer events for street and sports brands to launching a cruise ship in the middle of the Med.

The Integrated Project Manager will play a fundamental role in delivering similar projects across a varied and impressive client portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the grind and the bustle of working on integrated campaigns from end to end whilst keeping all costs in line with the budget. You will be a natural problem solver and familiar with writing brand activation bibles/toolkits as well as delivering small to medium sized brand events. Organisation and strong attention to detail are your leading skillsets so that you can deliver smooth projects and instill trust in our clients and your wider team.

Having previous experience working in an integrated environment, the successful candidate will be play an integral part in the delivery of projects and specifically at this time of year, the research, negotiations and the management of festival partnership deals.

As an Integrated Project Manager, you will have:

A strong understanding of the client landscape and their business objectives

Excellent project management skills with previous experience delivering integrated brand campaigns from end to end

Ability to manage expectations – consistently updating team leads and clients

Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask

Hawk-like attention to detail

The ability to produce key document including client presentations, status reports and internal reporting documents

THRSXTY – Account Director

At THRSXTY, we deliver stand-out campaigns whether it’s hosting an evening of live art and stunning cocktails with critically acclaimed artists, to hosting exclusive VIP events at Wimbledon.

As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role when it comes to the day-to-day running of accounts. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with solid alcohol-brand experience – it’s the industry you know inside out. We are looking for someone who thrives and understands the drinks world, from the best bartenders, connoisseurs and influencers to the coolest festival experiences and emerging trends and technologies.

Exposure – Integrated Account Executive

Exposure is looking for a talented Account Executive, to join our Integrated team working on some of our flagship accounts.

You will be an early adopter who has worked in an integrated agency environment for at least a year. We’re looking for a passionate Account Executive who lives and breathes campaigns, and loves the idea of brands connecting with consumers through PR, experiential and social.

The successful candidate will play an integral part of the team in supporting the day-to-day running of client accounts. SEEN Group – Talent Manager

The HR & Talent Manager’s role is vital. You will be required to work closely with the MD & Directors to create and manage processes to help engage, motivate & retain our existing talent. You will comfortable scouring the industry for the best talent to fill new positions and replace those leaving us – without the need to lean on recruitment agencies, ensuring best practice is followed along the way. You will also be required to own the preservation of sensitive information relating to employees and provide counsel to all employees, delivering a seamless HR support service across the agency.

Talent Acquisition

Be determined in making sure we have the right people in the right seats

Lead talent acquisition by meeting a volume of relevant candidates regularly

Manage the end to end recruitment process

Be one step ahead; regularly catch up with teams to find out status of talent so that you are never surprised by a new brief

Manage and improve the employer brand by creating suitable collateral, industry news, and great PR, positioning the agency as a great place to work

Ensure all job specs are uniformed, inspirational & reflect the company values

Regularly update Workable, ensuring all briefs and placements are logged accordingly

HR

Help identify star talent with MD & Directors to develop a plan to fast track, motivate and retain.

Promote and help nurture an excellence culture – measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement, making recommendations accordingly

Lead in developing internal training programme in line with outcome of staff appraisals

Be fully responsible for all employee relation’s matters

Manage procedures, such as absence & disciplinaries

Provide up to date management information and analysis for board reports

Work with the wider HR team to review and update HR policies and procedures & internally communicate this regularly.

Work with the wider HR team to ensure up to date knowledge of all legal and legislative requirements in the UK employment law and HR best practice

Requirements

Strong generalist HR skill set – ideally if gained within an organisation which is fast moving, dynamic and creative

Ideally CIPD qualified and educated to degree level

Strong understanding and interest of current employment law (European and US) and its application within an HR environment

Experience in managing a wide variety of employee relations issues

Experience of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

Proven record of reducing recruitment agency spend; well networked across the PR, creative, events and digital industries.

Experience with HR and Talent databases

Well organised; ability to prioritise; attention to detail; common sense

Creative thinking “outside the box” to providing solutions/solving problems

Collaborative self starter with initiative

Energetic, confident, charismatic – a credible team player who can motivate.

Exposure – Creative Strategy Director

Exposure are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Creative Strategy Director to lead various teams. Proactive and reactive strategic vision is a key contributor to elevating us as an agency whose passion and success is rooted in making brands culturally relevant.

The purpose of this role is to lead and shape strategic direction at both brand and business level.
