Exposure is looking for a talented Account Director to join the Sport & Culture team to work a number of our most prestigious sport brands.
You will need to eat, breathe and sleep fitness, sport, music and style and want to bring your passion for these areas to your role at Exposure. Sports and fitness is in your DNA and you’ll have a good understanding of the latest fitness trends and the industry. You will also have experience as an AD in a comms/PR, digital or creative/content agency. Working on consumer, style, music and/or sports brands.
Your day to day responsibilities will cover exceptional day-to-day client service, proactively developing news/feature/story media angles – ensuring optimum coverage in relevant media & assisting the team on all creative comms plans including collaborations, publicity, events and social media.
As an Account Director (or experienced SAM ready to take the next step in your career) you are:
Passionate about driving publicity driven campaigns and have excellent media contacts across National and Lifestyle media
Process Driven – You’re known for managing workflows end to end and have tried and tested methods for working efficiently, with great attention to detail
Personally invested about sport and fitness and have some pe0rsonally experience of the industry
Excellent at Client Servicing – You partner with clients asking the right questions to understand business needs and you pride yourself on delivering above expectations
Strategic – You understand consumers and use those insights to proactively place your clients ahead of their competition
Commercially Minded – You are experienced in growing and existing new business. You also know how to manage budget well ensuring that the client is happy and projects are commercially successful.
Good at storytelling – You know how to engage your audience from presenting through to your written communications

Exposure UK is looking for an exceptional Comms Account Executive to join the Sport & Culture team to work on some of our world-class brands.

You will be an early adopter and will thrive on being ‘in the know’ on the latest cultural happenings in London. You will also have at least one year’s experience as a JAE/AE in a comms, PR, digital or content agency. Working on consumer, style, music and/or sports brands.

Exposure is looking for a great, newly created role within the heart of the agency. A proactive and forward thinking Executive Assistant.
You will be reporting to the CEO and working with the senior management team at Exposure. It’s a a fast paced and creative environment and possibly the most varied role in the agency.
Whatever’s happening in a day, it’s up to you to make sure that the Exposure senior management team are prepared.
Your primary responsibility will be as Executive Assistant to the Exposure CEO, ensuring she has everything she needs for her day to run smoothly and brilliantly. Everything from managing her diary, her admin, her relationships with our clients and her relationships with our people.
We are looking for someone super-efficient who loves culture, fashion and people.
You must be someone who is proactive and always ready to jump on any problems and opportunities whenever they arise. You don’t wait to be asked, you see things to do and get them done. You will know our clients, our key contacts and all our projects inside and out. It’s also essential that you understand about business and personal priorities knowing how to manage both efficiently.
As well as being a bit of a star, we need you to be sparky, super sociable, organised and naturally use your initiative.
Ideally you would have held an Executive Assistant role within a similar, fast paced organisation and most importantly, have a clear understanding of what excellent client service means.
