Exposure – Finance Assistant

Exposure is looking for a brilliant Finance Assistant. The role is within Exposure’s finance team of six which looks after Exposure Promotions (comms agency) and Exposure Digital agencies in the group.

The successful candidate will have experience of 1-2 years in a similar accounting role, preferably within a communications agency (or a professional services organisations where time is billed). You will be self-motivated and be able to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines. You will enjoy working in a creative agency and have excellent communication skills.



Billing for Exposure Digital clients

Updating fee pipeline daily

Bank reconciliations

Maintaining and clearing Work in Progress

Approver of POs

Posting of cash receipts

Maintaining Fixed Asset Register

Assist with Debt collection

Assist with month end process (eg. Posting journals)

Preparation and posting of payroll journal

P11ds and PSA

Prepare reports in Paprika (eg. over-servicing, missing timesheets)

Assist with preparation of client budgets

Assistance with year-end audit (eg. preparation of schedules and queries)

Ad hoc responsibilities

Assist comms and digital teams with finance queries

Process credit card expenses and prepare reconciliations

Process expense claims for senior agency staff


Provide general support to the finance team, as directed

Provide account team support where required

Implement any other reasonable duties in line with the post which may be required

You will need to eat, breathe and sleep fitness, sport, music and style and want to bring your passion for these areas to your role at Exposure.
